Did you use any of Greg Fielden's NASCAR books for research? While I don't have any myself, I know they are highly regarded reference tools. If you Gooogle his name you get a number of books that pop up. Also, I got the UMI Winston Cup yearbooks from 1972 to 1988 (I think it is '88 - they are in the slot cave and I am not right now). They have box scores for each race. UMI (http://www.umipub.com/ourbooks/ProductList.aspx?setCategory=N3&setPage=1&setOffset=0&tNav=2&sNav=1) As far as uploadng the info, is there a way you could just upload the Xcel files to your site (or to a storage site)? That way you wouldn't have to recreate everything on a web page. You just link the race name to a file that the web user could download. This is cool -- I often wondered about some of the cars I'd see in old pictures and where they finished the races. LeeRoy98 12-27-2008, 01:49 PM No longer relevent... I applaud your work as you have obviously put a ton of time and effort into this, but was wondering if you knew of the following website that already lists what you are doing. www.racing-reference.info/wc.htm I have used this site many times to research racing info for my radio show and website. Your pages look to be a labor of love and I don't want to burst your bubble--just save you a ton of work.
