I was on the hunt this evening and came across three of these Cruisin McQueens at one store. It looks like something went wrong with the tampo machine or something. There were about 10 of the normal ones, and only three of them were pink. Even the eyes are pink...

Most probably an error. A variation would normally be intentional and it's hard to believe they did that on purpose.

I would say that the printer was running dry and not enough ink got through. But cool none the less.
