i need to do a small touch up on my jl '59 impala soft top...it is the copper/orange color i am looking for...just a little ding in the paint, from a crash...any ideas on a good source for color correct touch up paint that will match the factory paint and not be too obvious?

Up here? Are you Santa and live in the North Pole or are you talking about Canada?
Anyways just get some flat white and touch it up and then hit it with a little Future Floor Covering to give its gloss look back. Plus the Future will protect your car from "future" chips hapening. You can build up the Flat White and control it better than with Gloss white model paints.
You can drop a bit in the chip but, it will shrink after it dries.
The 3 buck deal-e-O is that they sell on Pay Bay for 3 ducks a piece. I admire you dedication to keeping a cool Chevy slot car looking good. :)
Bob...you have nothing to loose...zilla

The bodies turn up here once in a while.. Check with T-Jet racer.. He sells them for about that price when he has them.. Or if you have a hobby shop locally, I would bring the body with you, and see if you can match up the color with their paint selection. Testor's Florida Orange Pearl I think too dark.. That is the color I spattered on the VW bus seen in the LED thread..
