The SHRINK version is suppose to be really light (No Case) the regular version is a smaller footpring, and I believe it weighs less too, and it is suppose to work better in Lower Voltage situations...and put out a stronger signal over all.

Pop TerryS a message on the other board, he's quick to answer questions (I believe they shut down for a week or two right around Christmas....but read the threads over there for that)

I've tried to get him to come here, but he said running most of the info there lets him just have to follow one board for followups, and consumes much less time.

The last I knew they were only available direct from MRt by using the www.rclaps.com web site.

I have heard of a few tracks that bought a bulk order and sell them locally, but that's about all.

There's no way to order a CLONE version w/o sending your transponder to them for the cloning. But, if you are interested in a CLONE Version, once you have yours cloned, if at a later time you want another one, you just have to give them the Transponder ID number.

Browse this thread (http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showthread.php?t=237469) for info on the MRT transponder.

Love mine and being almost half the cost of an AMB worth every penny. Not to mention they come with lots of cool option such as different color LED's tabs, no tabs, long wire short wire. Oh and they are tiny! I know will never buy another overpriced RED transponder
