Cant find the post so I hope whoever said it will read this. Or, if you know about it you too can help. Someone was talking about power packs, power surges when one car stops etc. he also mentioned that he installed some kind of a voltage regulator between the wall outlet and power pack(s). Said he could dial it down when kids were racing to slow them down. Can anyone help with this? What device was used? Installation help too unless its just plug and play?
Thanks!

Cheap fix is use a rotary dimmer switch .Put it in a small electrical box with a plug-in and you've got a small variable switch that you can plug quite alot of tools into, plus your wallwart, and dial them down somewhat.
Cheap no name dremel style rotary tools if you set their switches on high usually work very well using a cheap rotary dimmer, gives you a more control of their speeds
