Hello everyone I am putting out some feelers
We would like to host a race here in CHARLESTON SC. In May 2009
What we are proposing is a BAG-O-PARTS race
Build and race 1 car on all 3 tracks (jl/aw or t-jet to be decided)
You supply body and tires which we will have a theme
The cost would be for the car should be $10-$12 or less depend on what we can buy the cars for
You keep the car when done (have seen side bets between race for pink slips)
The MONSTER 20x6 6lane ---
GOLIATH 24x4 oval
¼ mile drag strip (yet to be named)
The cars would be taken apart and marked and put into a bag
You would have a set build time to put car together set up and tune
You would have 2 min test time on track
Cars go back to impound qualifying would be on the monster
2 min heats all 6 lane will set order for the mains on the oval and road course
You may tweak you car under green flag racing
When we get to the drag strip name go in to a hat for the brackets
Run best 2 out 3 winner moves to next bracket
We will set up a point system to decide over all winner
If this sounds like a deal I will put rules date and time out on Jan 1st
If you would give me some feed back
And weather you would make the trip
