Has anyone sent in servos to be repaired to futaba?
I have 2 s9650's that when plugged in short out the system, I think it was due to when replacing the servo case, the motor came out of socket and bound up. Does Futaba repair them or do I throw them away?

I have never sent in a servo, but i use to send in my radios to get them re calibrated. there service was always good. They should fix the servos, but they wil charge a fee. Sometimes they also offer you a newer version of upfgrade for a slightly lower trade in price..

Ken, I sent in a 9650 a couple months ago that had a cut in the wire right were it came out of the servo. Futaba replaced the entire lead and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks and only cost $14.00.

Funny, I just had the same exact issue with 2 9650s. This was the response:
