I will be posting an article this weekend about the Outlaw 250 but a “Readers Digest” version is:

A major, “money” race for gas cars and electric at Easley, SC.

$1000 total purse:

$150 to win, $75 for second, $25 for third.

$100 bonus for winning additional A Mains

$25 for each TQ

Classes:

10th Scale .12/.15 Nitro Pan Cars ---------250 lap A Main

10th scale .09 Nitro Pan Cars----------Triple 75 Lap A Mains

¼ Scale Gas Cars--------------------------250 Lap A Main

21.5/Lipo …………………………………………4 Min Heats and Triple 4 Min A Mains

Sponsors will be

Mobile Hobbies…….. .09 class

The Hobby Connection…….. 21.5/LiPo class

J and M Hobbies ………………. ¼ scales

Undetermined for the .12/.15 class but I still have to get with Tim on this

Bonuses and TQ’s …… RC-Oval

The "Bonus" for additional mains only applies to the 21.5 and .09 I assume. Seeing as the .12/.15 class only runs one main.

NO, I will have to clarify that as time goes on. $100 bonus for every CLASS you win would be better wording I think.

Win the 1/4 Scale main, win the payout. Add a .12/.15 win and get another $100 (along with that class payout). $400 bucks up for grabs in the form of bonuses!

Actually, a money race every once in a while is not bad. And there is not enough involved here to make or break anyone. If anyone drives stupid over a couple hundred bucks, they are going to do it no matter what the prize is.

I'm in it for blood- you guys can give my winnings to Darrel so he can buy a dagum ticket and come race one time. Plus i heard there is an extra 50.00 for every smurf you break. hehehe cheding cheding :woohoo:
