Do they really go for 29.00 on an Aurora chassis? Looks like paint over spray on the underside?

He does have some very nice pieces otherwise.

Notice (on most auctions) how the auctions with Aurora bodies have the part numbers on them, but he doesn't mention those using AW/JL bodies that they are AW/JL bods.

That's just the normal copper corrosion on that chassis.. It probably spent the past 20 years in a damp basement. And yes indeedy-do, that is a JL T-Jet body. While the chassis might be salvageable, the hour or so spent cleaning it up and the parts needed to make it run would be a wash vs. the cost of a NOS chassis...unless the solid rivet means that much to someone.. @$29.00, I think he'll be relisting that one!!!

I was mentioning the overspray on the underside of the body, not the chassis.

after a quick email to them about "missleading " buyers, this is their responce;
i added to my ad to let people know most people can look at the car and tell its not aurora and my ad stats the chassis is aurora thanks for your insight i will be more careful in future
