I built mine earlier this week and thought I'd offfer up a few building tips that worked for me. On the split links of the chain, I closed the ends while still on the sprue and primed and painted them. The seam was almost invisible. Then I took them off the sprues, touched up the ends with paint and sealed them. I was able to open the ends back up to assemble the chain without damaging the paint job and avoided getting any paint in the "split ends". Next thing is if you use testors cement, you need lots of rubber bands..big rubber bands! to hold the halves of the head, hands, feet and arms together. These will help seal up any small gaps and get a nice flush fit on the parts. I like testors because you have a little time to make sure the edges are nice and flush before the glue sets. You really need big rubber bands on the body and leg halves. They take a bit of time to get nice and tight and flush. The worst part fit I found was on the collar halves, The front part of the shirt was flawless, the back collar was too wide to fit into the resessed area on the jacket half. I trimmed down the "flange" for about two inches inside and out on both sides, and got a much better fit. Also on the feet I used superglue to glue them to the pants and reinforced the joint from the inside with a few lumps of epoxy putty. (there is a "flange" on the inside of the pants legs for the tops of the shoes to get glued to, however the "flange" didnt touch the sides of the shoes and only makes contact at a few points on each foot) I did the same for the jacket - pants connection. The only onther thing I can think of is that the neck bolts should be inserted through the inside of the neck. A great kit to build, but even though the parts fit has been improved somewhat with the trademark "moebius flange system" on the edges, it still has the quirks of the original Aurora kit, making it a bit of a bugger to get together in a few places..

My biggest issue was the seem on the head. I didn't have issue with the flange but it is a largely front back assembly with large pieces model so there could always be some warping.
