Alright fellow sprinters, given the rule change for 2009, would any of you care to share pictures your top wing front mounting brackets?

I am looking for ideas regarding attachment to the chassis as well as the brackets themselves.

Joe, I hope to be done with mine next week. Bob Elliot is biulding the mounts for some of the guys. They look good. Larry has them on his car. I will post pics when I'm done.

I shot Bob an email.

I have the hammock-style mount from Fred Murry at this time. It has worked great. The first year I ran, I was about 1.25" above the cage with the front mount. This past year I dropped it down a bit to around .75".

In any case, I am curious to see how other guys are mounting their top wings.

this wing placement thing has motivated me go to my shop and design a mount that can be fully adjustable and lite weight to mount any wing. once i have ruff computer drawings. i'd like to talk to a QSAC committee person to make sure it conform's to rules. before i start making them. my present wing mounts aren't legal. i'd like to get the new one's out to my guy's that have my present wing & wing mount now. i'll post picture want i've come up with:thumbsup:. thanks!
