My dad almost always bought 2nd hand cars.. Guess that comes with having 6 kids and making all the sacrifices parents make to be sure food is on the table and the bills are paid. He would drive a car into the ground before he'd think of replacing one. Due to this, one very special memory is still stuck in my head after 36 years.. For some strange reason, we went to a Ford dealership. Maybe hunting a used car, maybe parts..the purpose is beyond me. But this trip got me in the showroom sitting in the drivers seat of a new 72 Mach 1!!! Banana yellow, black interior, graphics and that cool front and rear spoiler!! And that new car smell!!! Mmmmm!!! Great memory for a 11 year old!!! Seeing yours, Roger, kinda brings me back to 1972, and that Yellow Mach 1.... I can almost smell it again!!! She came out really nice!!!:thumbsup:

The white one is a 50 Olds however it is extreamley tight on the rear end so it may not be released. The Mustang is only available to race participants

Thats too bad on the white one, any way to widen it just a little bit to make it work?

It would work if I make a short track version and radius the rear wheel wells like I did for the 49 Ford

I have been examing it and it will be possible to widen it but I'm not ready to tackle that at the moment. I will be shrinking 3 more bodies this week end. Hopefully they will all come out nice and work. I need to get back to sanding the rear end of the Cooper T51 and it will be done. I'm still waiting on my Ferrari 156 and need to keep looking for a BRM P57, Porsche 718 and Lotus 18 at reasonable prices. I hate to spen 60.00 to tear one apart :)
