Ok guys it is official. Melyssa and I have Leased the former Lakeside speedway in Clover SC. :woohoo:

We plan on making the racing bigger and better there than it has ever been. I know this will cut down on the traveling to see and race with a lot of you, but we have to keep the track open. The track would have closed this year.

We have great plans and hope some of you will come and race with us on occassion. We will be posting a regular schedule as well as a special events schedule.

We will be starting up the track the second Saturday of March 2009. First race (3-14-09)
We will be running 2nd and 4th saturdays of the month and Easley will be running 1st and 3rd Saturday

We will be running Sportsman, Super Truck and try to get enough sprints for a class. Hope to see you next year at J and M Raceway!!!

I'm going to start working on it this winter. I think it would be a great points race between the three tracks.:thumbsup:Congrats on the Track! You guys will do well over there! Good luck with the track. Maybe Randy and I will be able to venture down that way in the coming season. It looks to be a busy schedule in the Eastern and Central districts. Clover is a nice track to race on. Hope you can make it up this way and maybe we can make it down there.
