OK, I just had to share this. If you are against buying bootleg copies of movies & TV shows, read no further.
If there are movies & TV shows that you have always wanted but are still waiting for official releases which will seemingly never come, check this web site:
http://www.ioffer.com/i/GENESIS-II-DVD-1973-gene-roddenberry-alex-cord-RARE--15278989
Use the search window to look for the titles you desire. I found every single title I could think of! Including ABC "Movies of the Week"! Looking for "Search"? Its there! I haven't found a title yet that was not available.
Naturally, most of these will be DVDs made from old video tapes but if you are only paying a few dollars, you can't expect top quality. Most of the dealers use a 1-10 rating for viewing quality. Look for the dealers who list low quality copies as well as high, if they admit that certain titles are low on the scale then you can be fairly certain that any title they list as high quality will be so.
I'm just glad to have found a way to fill in the gaps in my collection and maybe some of the others here will feel the same way.
