I found a flat black Hummer with black tires at Kmart. Is that one a chase as well?

Black= not chase. My understanding is that All-Stars"RED" is only available at Target. The chase pieces are "RED". Kmart carries Maisto All Stars without the "RED"monacre, in which there is no chase. I think I am correct here but not 100%. Hope this helps.

Ya, it was the Kmart all stars version. I know Maisto did some chases in flat black but wasn't sure about that series. Thanks

The "G rides" series is where they did a couple cars in flat black with either gray or red tires a few years ago before the new flat red ones that are at Target now.
