Hi every one! Nice forum you have here! I have a quick question for you. I purchased a Monster Scene store display and it seems to be missing the 2 corner parts that attatch to the large base. I think they are doors? I have sent an email to Moebius and the reply they sent was a photo of the complete display with no other reply. I emailed again with no luck. Is there another way to contact them?
I would really like to complete this and put it in my collection. Did anyone get extra pieces in there kit? If anyone can help I would be forever in you debt. Thanks and happy kit building!

Welcome resincreech.
You could try sending Moebius a private message. Just click on Moebius' ID, and then click on "send a private message to Moebius".

I recieved replacement parts for my chariot kit very quickly, and they responded pretty fast to all my emails.
I believe the lady's name was Angela, and the email is: customerservice@moebiusmodels.com .
I think they responded to all of my emails within a day, or 2 at most.:)

Out of curiosity, from where did you purchase your display? Did you buy the #630 Monster Scenes Display case or did you purchase a display outside of the case? Just trying to determine if there was an issue at the factory or at the reseller level? I'll see what I can do to help once we understand the means of your purchase. Thanks for your support!

I purcased it from Amok Time. It was in the sealed factory box with the 3 pre painted kits. Item # 630.

That doesn't jive. The display is in the sealed box along with the kits.

Did they sell you the display only?

Why did they sell it one way to one customer....and sell it another way to you?

Actually until this posting. I did not know that the display came in a box. My 3 prepained kits were sealed in regular boxes with a sticker on them saying store display somthing or another. I dont have them handy, so i cant look at them. But the display was just.. well just the display, unbuilt. and handed to me as such. did you walk into the store to buy or order via the web site? I may take a ride over and inquire. If there was a box, it would be nice to have it. But for what I paid I will in no way complain.

I got mine from CultTVman and the display kit was wrapped in tissue paper in the box with the 3 Pre-Painted Store display kits. It came with an instruction sheet and the parts are listed as follows:
1) Base and Wall (the biggest piece)
2) Backside Sticker (mine didn't have this as the backside was already printed on the area this sticker was to have been placed...?)
3) Insect Alcove
4) Dungeon Door
The instruction sheet was a Photo guide of how assembly was to procede...Did you get this sheet?

Ok. Bottom line is that the case 'assortment'/#630 Monster Scenes Display case-was to be sold to dealers only. The case included the display & the 3 factory painted kits along with 9 reg., for shelf sale, kits in their boxes unpainted. The display is not a 'for sale item' and is only for the dealer to display. As this is not an 'offical kit' for sale--I don't think Moebius is responsible for missing parts...other than to the dealer-actual.

If you are missing parts to the display...then your dealer has them...as he's selling the display out of the package it came in.

Call your dealer...he's the one responsible, in this case, as far as I know.

I think it's pretty cool that these are available to pretty much anyone that wants one.

Apparently that's situation...as it turned out.

I'm just stating the intent.
