What happened to Matchbox re-releasing castings with the larger 4x4 tires?
Meaning, they used to retool a separate base (plastic or metal) and lift the suspension so it would accept larger tires.
There are a few castings "75 Chevy Pickup" that I'd LOVE to see with Larger
4x4 tires... I'd actually like to see the old Chevy Blazer casting with regular size wheels on it... and also the VW 4x4 buggy...
They used to do it a lot with their castings, even with passenger cars.. Mail Jeep, Monster vette, Monster Chevy van, Monster VW Rabbit, etc... I'd like to see the 4x4 van make a comeback at least...
