i really can't help other than to tell you it's very odd. absolutely no identification as i see it anywhere. so it's not a mainstream card like bowman or topps. it's most likely a reprint of some type. but that doesn't put a value on it. you never know.

we have all sports radio here 24 hours a day. but i've never heard of any card call in shows on regular am radio. i did hear there is a station on satelite radio that does shows on card collecting. like xm satilite radio.

That is a 1947 Homogenized Bond Bread card, they were not numbered, and from a set of 48 cards. the most valuable card from the set is DiMaggio, Williams is the second most valuable. In 1981 your card was valued at $20.00.

Looks authentic. You never know though, if its condition is too mint.
