View Full Version : 1/8" I.D. Acetal shims for motors or suspension arms

I have some 1/8" I.D. x 3/16" O.D. acetal shims in 2 different thicknesses; .013" and .025"

These shims work great in stock brushed motors to lower drag against the bushing and last 10x's longer then teflon. They are rated to 190+ F.

They are also great for limiting shocks, taking up slop in off-road car suspensions, or shimming front wheels that use a 1/8" axle.

Orders went out today!!

All orders are shipped in a minilla envelope , the shims are bagged by size then wrapped in bubble wrap and sent by snail mail.

This last batch of .011" and .014" shims are fairly close in thickness. material thickness is +/-.002" and the vendor used it. Some of the .011" are at .012" and the .014" are at .013".

Hey Guys!
I just got in a new batch of Acetal shims. The sizing is as follows;

.013" +/-.001" thick x .126" ID x .18" OD
.025" +/-.001" thick x .125" ID x .18" OD

I wanted to try to controll the thickness more closely, so by going to .013" nominal thickness the vendor was able to hold it within +/-.001"

The pricing is:
