Benracin' 11-16-2008, 10:49 PM two weeks until the BLAST. Should be some great racing, COT class will be incredible.
Fireball929 11-16-2008, 11:33 PM Can't wait till this race. Should be very competitive.
Butters16 11-20-2008, 12:27 PM Been getting a few Pms about this sounds like it should be another great show, as far as predictitions this will be a hard one, we got some great home town racers and then the outer towners will be showing up, the Pro class will be hard to guess the winner, the mini's i'm going to pick Tyler Blair, Truck class i'm going for Chris Companion . Cot class Wayne Bissonette if gets a car ready for that week. Pro Class i'm going to pick Tommy Gun he has been on fire, But there are alot guys right there in the COT class And Pro that could pull out a win. We give you till 1pm the day of the race to change your picks , in case someone can't make the race that you picked. Good Luck
mightymidget 11-20-2008, 01:13 PM here goes my picks,Minis,Billy Norcross,Trucks,Mark Hanson,COT,Tony Denino,Pros,Dave Pelkowski

peak performance#71
Tommygun43 11-20-2008, 06:33 PM I'll go with Minis-Mark Hanson, Trucks-Neil Hanson, COT is gonna be crazy but I'm going with Antonio and Kascar-Chris Roberts.
Fireball929 11-21-2008, 03:12 PM Picks are Tlyer minis, DOnald Trucks, Neil HansOn COT, Chris ROberts PrO BL
Butters16 11-21-2008, 07:01 PM Tommy you might have to rethink the truck class , i lost my truck ride to a "superstar"
On either friday nite or saturday stop in the hobbyshop and grab a ballot and fill it out, i thinking of the prize for the winner, will let you know.
ovalmaster 11-24-2008, 11:56 AM This is going to be the toughest race to predict because the competition is close in all classes, but here I go:
Mini - Mark Hanson (he is really coming up as a great and gentleman racer. Very preserverent and really respects the rules of racing. I wish only more racers would race like him.)
Truck -Rick Gillian (this class is tough to call but he really hauled ass last week. His truck was fast and stable. Watch out for my teamate Cody, I'm building a couple of powerplants for this truck)
COT - Dick Jarvis (Even though I earned the track record last week, Dick's COT was faster...he never got a clean run. He ended up winning the main and I think that he will take the win Saturday. Please note that I will not stand idley by and will do everything to keep him behind me...)
Pro Class - Tommy Hargrave (I really miss this class. Tommy is the "king" of brushless and a good competitor. Looking to de-throne Tommy will be Dave, Chris and Kenny. These 3 locals know how to win. Remours say that my fellow Canadian Jeremy Dobb will not be there...too bad because he definately had a fast race car and currently owns track record. Wade Bissonette is always fast but will miss practice and the first qualifier...lets see if he can deliver? By the way, Wade, I will have my firesuit on and will gladly qualifier your procar in the first qualifier if you wish?!)
Last prediction - I also predict that all track records in all classes will fall!
Well, here they are my predictions for the Autumn Blast. Will I be $50 richer, come on and find out this coming Saturday!
See ya there,
Antonio
3wideroberts 11-24-2008, 04:50 PM I will have to fill out a ballot, but my guesses will be, Tyler minis (young guns can win trophy races ;) ) Donald Trucks, Neil Hanson COT (he can wheel through traffic better than anyone I know and he has the speed to help him out) Pros will be tough to choose but I will go with Kenny, not because he picked me, but because he is due for A jeff sears race, and finally has a car that will do it as well. Watchout for the Salvas' though, they will figure the track out quickly, and be very competative.

FoamDonut 11-27-2008, 06:24 PM Do you guys sell racing fuel there? They usually give me a hard time bringing that stuff across with me. Also are your pit stalls paved and flat so we can setup our scales?
Butters16 11-27-2008, 07:46 PM the track is flat but the pits are on a 30 degree angle
wkbracing 11-27-2008, 08:56 PM let's get a roll call going,
who's coming to race????????????????????????????
FoamDonut 11-27-2008, 08:59 PM So is there a place on the track that we can set up our scales that is safe from being hit or run over. What about a tire rule is there a 2 new tire only rule?

Fireball929 11-28-2008, 08:09 AM one day till the big race. Who's going to be there?
Butters16 11-28-2008, 10:21 AM That is the great thing about this track , there is no Dominate racer anyone has a chance to pull a win out.
Dan was thinking around the 55 racers Wade , i know a few guys can't make it because of family stuff. But i'm sure it will be a great show.
3wideroberts 11-28-2008, 12:27 PM Familly stuff? LOL, It is my familly's thanks giving dinner, but I won't be missing Autumn blast. My mom isn't too happy, but this race will be tooooo good to miss, I hope everyone can make it out to lake city R/C speedway :)

Thanks to everyone for coming and supporting the track and thanks to Dan for running a smooth show and to Cooper for teching. Hope everyone had a great time . Till next keep turning left :woohoo:
ovalmaster 11-30-2008, 02:10 PM Congrats to all winners (you all made me $50.00 richer!). As predicted, all track records fell!
Props to Dan, Neil, Denise and Cooper for all their effort and support on putting on a great show!
Special thanks to Greg for lending me a great ride. Car was great but came a little short on catching the Dick's Aflac Maveric. Your patience and support does not go unoticed!
Also, thanks to Dee's Pit-Stop for donating all the plaques and awards and to Bazzano's Pizza for sponsoring the Pole awards in all classes.
See you at the Jeff Sears Memorial Race (definately a race not to be misssed!!)
Antonio
3wideroberts 11-30-2008, 07:23 PM Congradulations to everyone who won tonight, and new track record holders. Congradulations to Kenny on a new track record in 17.5 at 97 5:01.5 , and my guess is he would have shattered that run with a 98 but you know how that goes, slower traffic usually causes a hassle lets just hope it wasn't intentional. (and) Congradulations to Dick for winning the closest class at our track, COT.
After last nights performance, I am ashamed to even show my face on here, C-main, not the best feeling in the world lol.

Butters16 11-30-2008, 09:25 PM Yes as Tony said he picked the most racers and will be getting a 50.00 store credit , Rick G was second and Shaggy third and then they was a 4 way tire for 4th
Racin Steve 11-30-2008, 11:13 PM ... slower traffic usually causes a hassle lets just hope it wasn't intentional. ...
Did Kenny intentionally unplugged/broke his motor sensored wire in the main?
Yes you should be ashamed of yourself to even think it could've been intentional (get a life).
Steve.
Fireball929 12-01-2008, 12:19 AM Just remember Steve I was lapping you for the 2nd time! Oh by the way you were already qualified for the A main. But that's short track racin. And Yes I intentionally unsoldered the wire cause I wanted to give everyone else a chance cause I already got what I wanted. A FREE Perfectly round PIZZA made by Gregg. Thanks Bazzono's Pizza for the donations.
Dan, Neil, Copper and Denise We all thank you for putting on another great show.
I had a blast at the Autumn blast. It was great to see everyone there.
See ya,
Fireball
RacingDAVE 12-01-2008, 01:57 AM Wow lol?
First off ...Dan, Neil, Copper and Denise Another awesome job! I guess Racing at Plattsburgh is not dead! For being a toilet bowl of a track! In the middle of somewhere It sure brings in a hell of a competitive crowd? Can't wait till the Jeff sears race! Congrats to all winners of every division, and track record holders!
Over And out Aliens.....(KSG:)

Kenny, your car definately had us covered Sunday. In that particular race my car was extremely loose outside of the racing line and I was to pick the next turn to let you go safely (not spin out as I move over) I would've moved over like I did earlier in the run. You showed absolute no patience on the track in that qualifier and end result you both took us out. I never cut you off or anything you just went under me at the wrong turn.
For your brother to come over here and state that it could've been intentional is a real shame. No one is bigger than the track they're racing on Kenny, nothing is due and nothing is to be taken without asking first. When I rear end a slower car at St-Rock I'm the first to say "sorry, should've been more patient".
Steve.
3wideroberts 12-01-2008, 04:51 PM Did Kenny intentionally unplugged/broke his motor sensored wire in the main?
Yes you should be ashamed of yourself to even think it could've been intentional (get a life).

Short Track racing for ya :)

Not a big Deal steve, it was a little comment not meant to stir anything.
wrenchhead 12-01-2008, 05:01 PM i just want to know how tony won i know he didnt pick the winner in the pro class
Tommygun43 12-01-2008, 05:33 PM I think he picked the most winners correctly. 4 out of 5.
