How was that insulting? All he suggested was for the person to make sure. How the hell is he supposed to know how knowledgable John is? And how about adults sticking up for themselves. It's amazing how people get so bent over toys.

I have seen both versions, it is indeed tough to tell at first look, especially in pictures, In person you can tell, but I always do a double take when I see that 5 pack at kmart.
