That is a very neat truck.Even though I grew up in London in the late 1960s and 70s I have zero childhood memories of Budgies, even Impys were rare in my school playground.These arent even common at collector markets so I guess production was a tiny fraction of the Corgi/Dinky/Lesney volumes although Budgie has matched design and quality of their bigger rivals
