This message is a head-ups for both our club members and out-of-town friends who have been joining us for some of our club events. The topic is upcoming local special events.

The next club race event is scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2008. Details are below. There may be a number of out-of-town guests for this event, and WE would like to start at 12PM

November 22 2008----

Vintage Haulers

Joe's Hobbies, Host: Joe Murray

Doors open 12:00 PM

Planned race events:

1. Stock class T-jets with Vintage Hauler bodies

2. Super stock T-jets

3. Tri oval race 1-- Minute heats

4. Drag race with your stock t-jets and Super Stocks

Our January event at AB Charles Hobby Shop in Pittsburgh will follow our usual format but will commemorate the 46TH anniversary of the T-jet. The stock body class will be Aurora style T-jets, with actual Aurora bodies highly encouraged as a nod to this significant anniversary. Acceptable alternatives include aftermarket repros of actual Aurora bodies including, but not limited to, those by Model Motoring, RRR, and JL/AW. Again, it must be a body style that Aurora actually produced.
