Hey All,

I came across these two pieces at an estate sale yesterday, and don't really know anything about Tootsietoy. I'm hoping someone here can tell me a little more about them; the card says 1971, but they look way too nice to be that old. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!

I don't know for sure but I would say those are from the early seventies.
Do they have a UPC barcode on the back? That's usually a pretty good indicator about something's age.
Very nice find!

Yes - they do have an SKU. I don't have much that's carded from that time period, and that is what threw me.

Wow those are cool! You don't see the semis that often, and I have never seen them still MOC. Those wheels where made up until the late 70s or early 80s I believe. They are at least 20 years old... I wouldn't be surprised if they are really from the early 70s.

Little toughs were produced from 1970 - 1979, those are outstanding cards on those two. Whoever bought them kept them on a flat surface with no light. For those that don't, know, Tootsietoys go back to the 1920s, they were the first "diecast"
