Saturday, November 29 will be our 2nd Annual Turkey Day Classic at BFG. We had a great turnout with lots of fun and food last year.

This is an all day event with off-road in the morning and oval in the evening. There is a chance to get rid of some of your Thanksgiving leftovers with a pot luck between off-road and oval. Points from off-road are combined with points from oval to determine the top three racers from the class.

We will be giving out the "infamous" turkey ribbons for all heats throughout the day and trophies for the top three in each class at the end of the day. (minimum of 5 racers participating for a class to receive trophies.) Classes could include:

Slash
Novice
13.5 Truck
Mod Truck
Mod Buggy
4WD

Other classes such as stock truck or buggy (17.5/27t) or 13.5 buggy would be dependent on turnout.

Entry fee to participate in the all day event and be eligible for trophies will be $25.
Normal race fees will apply to those racing only morning or evening and they will be eligible for turkey ribbons.

More details to come.....

If you just wanted to run off-road in the morning with a rental Slash, the total would be $22. If you wanted to run the whole day I would do $40 total to run a Slash rental and you would be eligible for the trophies.
