It started yesterday when I got home from work and realized my keys for the apartment were, of course, in the locked apartment. So rather than going to get Stef's keys from her at work, I decided to just wait it out outside since it was really nice out. I called Scott Moen to say I received the package he sent me and to just chat. He told me about his day and getting first crack at some greenlights at Kmart, but no green machine. After a chat, I decided I didnt want to wait anymore so I went to Petsmart and got Stef's key, on my way out, the kmart next door caught my eye, and my conversation with Scott got the gears turning, and I figured, why not? So I ran in and just as I got to the diecast aisle, they were putting the last 2 pack from the case on the pegs and this was hanging there:

Without locking myself out and without the chat with Scott, I would have never stopped there...so the moral is: forget your keys and call your friends.
