Is anyone doing anything special for the trick-or-treaters? I'm giving out free HW and MB to trick-or-treaters (same as last year) starting at 7:30 Central time. Also 1 free Jl to a lucky treater! Last year was a big success, giving out 36 cars! Its a good way to make the kids feel happy and get rid of some carded doubles and such.

Same here. There's nothing like seeing the look on some little boy's (or girl's) face when they see Hotwheels go into their bag. The downside for me, is that turnout has dwindled on my street. The upside for the kids, is that they get more cars.

I don't know about you boys, but I had at least 125 trick or treaters last night. That would be a pretty expensive Halloween for me. I like the idea, but not in my neighborhood. :o

Fall break is this weekend, so it's me and two other people here at Clemson. I wasn't even here last night!
So, no, I did not give out Hot Wheels.

We didnt have any trick or treaters, we never do. When I was a kid, we always hit the apartment buildings, less walking, more candy! This year we werent even home, we were running errands until 10:30pm...ugg

The turnout was way less then last year. I think the economic and as crisis attributed to that. Still about 30-some people showed up.
