I can get ya foam sheets that are 1/2 -3/4 thick with a double back tape on one side. PM me for details and pricing. These are no precut.

Otherwise BSR I know makes a foam bumper for pan cars, trinity I think use to, bolink did at one time.

Ken,

Is the stuff you can get similar to the stuff that Jimmy (Beefy) had

If so, LMK how much those are by the sheet (3/4" thick would be good, but price both thick and thin if possible)

These work decent https://www.ssl-stormerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/seekpart.pl?src=ns&pn=HPI6273
They work good on the inside front of the body. They could be bigger, for use on the bumper.

I like the custom works ones (because they have adhesive on one side and those type are hard to find), but they are expensive.

Joe I sent you an email about the foam. I plan to cut bumpers in the near future but my plate is full with other things.

jflack that stuff is too porus if that makes sense, it has a lot of open cells, I think racers are looking for more of a dense foam. The stuff I sell is dense and is considered to be a medium foam in "DURO" readings. We also sell nesting foam (very thin) that is also double backed tape, acts like a gripper for your batts. for our batts and lipo batts.

Sorry to hijack this thread, thought I would be able to help get you what your looking for. Lots of good products out there, just depends on what you want.

Lefthander has the BSR blue bumpers and Custom Works black cbumper with sticky base. Both are good, just have to use a dremel to shape them how you want.

If anyone is looking for a really good foam for bumpers i have a huge box.. It comes in square block strips. You have to cut it out to make the bumpers but it works awesome.. I get 4 bumpers per 1 foot section.. Let me know if anyone wants any its pretty cheap..

It is grayish black and is firm like the custom works or bsr type foam..

thanks for all the info guys. on a tip from someone on RCtech, i went to home depot today and got a gardeners knee pad. it is the same density of bumper foam, comes in a peice thats about 1 foot by 1 1/2 foot. its about 1 inch thick and only cost about 5 bucks. i should be able to get maybe 10 bumpers out of it. cut it out and use some servo tape and my problem is solved.

thanks again for all the tips.
