Lesney didnt have any problems balancing Esso - BP or Aral in 1-75 series, and all 3 oil companies´ logos could be seen on 1-75 displays in Germany in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Europe´s other big player in the oil industry, Shell, used Corgi toys , not Lesney, to get their brand into kiddies toyboxes..........
