Practice went great! no 4.5's but alot of 4.6's and 4.7's Midway fell off to 4.8's and 4.9's. Cars fast enuf to make a 50 lapper. Unsure of 51 laps though. Consistancy is the key though.

Few things I failed to do once final peak. Start running right afterwards is one of them.

Eric L Eric,i hear ya loud and clear.Like i said on other post,started out good 1st heat,laped the field!!!!!,second heat had a little bump with another car,ended up in second.Third heat------??????,Took my new pack,looked dynamite on the turbo 35 BUT!!!!!!,guess it wasn't that great!!!!!,i cycled it last night and the numbers are just fair?????.Dont know what to blame it on,put too much com.drops in also,slow as molasses.The field laped me,PITIFULL SITE.never did the Main,went home to watch the Cup race.NEXT TIME,how many times am I gonna say that????.:confused::confused:

Boy Sandy this week was something else...tight racing in the heats awesome passes... awesome drafting with these cars!!! yes I said drafting. the least little touch in the corners and wham u are going to the wall.


in practice I suffered some major incident. was turnin average laps then after passing turn 4 i heard nothing ....lost stearing...and went solid into the wall... I mean it was a SOLID HIT!!!

eVER Since then... the car was fast....guess it knocked everything into place!!!

3rd heat I qualified 3rd in the A main. Which, the TQ wwas Disqualified because of weight. whcih moved me to 2nd starting position.

At the horn, coming to the timing lights... I was pedaling the car as the traction was a little slick... settled in the pocket for 2nd...
gotter going and then it was like flying...consistant laps...came upon traffic and waited for an opening....I was fast down the straights. all of a sudden I was in first!
coming around lap traffic...I tangled in turn 2 whcih spun me around and into the inner barrier...mean while...the volunteer marshall ...makin his first debut as ...a 'marshall' took hi time gettin me. which casued me to fall back to 4th and a half a lap down.
I admit I was slightly pissed...but no pressure... I got er goin again and man she was doin good...got into second place with my car...if I'd had 15 more seconds of race time...I might've been able to atleast fight for the win....1.3 seconds behind leader!

u missed it chip... I thought I cracked the chassis in half as hard as it hit!!

... it made me realize that it might be smart to have a back up car....lol

so...on that note...I am settin up Fred's old car exactly like mine.

Besides it couldn't hurt to have it running anyway...its takin up space.
