View Full Version : couple new pieces at Wal-mart... jefferson 10-26-2008, 03:54 AM http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj180/jefferson1804/1022080641.jpg http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj180/jefferson1804/1022080641a.jpg dragonhead00 10-26-2008, 04:08 AM I bought the Escort, Bobcat, Tempo, Gremlin, Pinto and Pacer in all the variations, 4 each, when they went on sale at Wal Mart. I love FC's. I wish they wouldn't have ended that line. BluntFronts 10-27-2008, 04:35 PM These are the best. Everytime I look at my sets I'm glad I bought them. Our WMs closed them all out months ago, so I got my latest 1/87s from walthers.com They had two different classic Ford pick-ups ('40s & '50s), a Honda Accord & Civic and the new Ford Granada and Maverick, all in two colors each (except for one of the Ford trucks). You'll have to email and ask about the color availability, since they aren't listed separately by color on the site. Prices might seem high at first, but just think of all the gas you save by not having to drive around looking for them. Enjoy! I'm gonna have to go online for more FC's, as well. boyouttadabay 11-26-2008, 03:36 PM Hi all, I contacted walthers.com about purchasing the Ford Tempo from their fresh cherries collection. They do have it in stock, however, I was told that they don't accept color specific orders. Any advice on how I could possibly get around this issue? (I have my heart set on a silver one). Thanks! zed300 11-26-2008, 09:38 PM Hi all, I contacted walthers.com about purchasing the Ford Tempo from their fresh cherries collection. I have ordered from Walthers before, and whenever I've ordered 2 of the same car, I've gotten one in each color. I can't guarantee that they always do this, but it happened to me 3 or 4 times. boyouttadabay 11-26-2008, 09:54 PM Hmmm...good to know zed. Thanks a lot! street-snorter 12-03-2008, 06:18 PM Wow an 81 escort. How random is that. Nice cars. BuildTO 12-06-2008, 02:32 AM Got this today. I love it.
