Gives a new meaning to the work "geek." Or an old meaning, actually.

scotpens 11-15-2008, 12:08 AM . . . AND ...scotpens...I only started eating them because my Doctor told me to stick to a strict light diet for breakfast...:freak: UUUGGHHHH! I should have smelled that one coming . . . :p
djnick66 11-15-2008, 02:25 PM Yeah I remember those. I had the Phantom of the Opera. IIRC it was in sort of a rubbery glow plastic and had a little base to make it into a bust rather than being the same as the kit head parts. I don't remember if it was two seperate halves or one part that folded over and pressed together since it was a bit rubbery.
BronzeGiant 11-16-2008, 10:56 PM I have a set of the 4 around here somewhere.....I think they were 2-piece without a "hinge" at the top.

scotpens 11-17-2008, 02:51 AM . . . you know we had some cool stuff back then...remember when Cracker Jacks had real prizes and not just paper crap...I haven't opened a box of Cracker Jack in ages. Are you saying the prizes aren't real, genuine PLASTIC crap anymore?
Nope my generation gets stuck with genuine paper crap that really doesn't do anything.
mcdougall 11-18-2008, 07:48 AM When I was a kid the prizes in Cracker Jacks were made of painted tin,... whistles etc...then to plastic and for the past few decades ...uugh paper...but in the beginning the prizes were made of Glass, bakelite, ceramic...here check this out... http://shop.ebay.com/items/__cracker-jacks-prizes?_trkparms=72%253A1205%257C66%253A2%257C65%2 53A12%257C39%253A1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_pgn=1

I've got a set of these up on the shelf! They are actually made by Aurora Plastics!
There are some on the e-place right now...very expensive!
I guess you can put a light in them...to stay on topic!

Hey what are good lights to light up a bunch of Haunted House kits I'm working on? You know...Addams, Psycho, Old Wind Mill, Munsters and the Pola Haunted House. I'm creating a Haunted Hamlet and need some tiny spooky lighting....:)
...and I hope you're all having a Great and Merry Christmas :wave:Mcdee
