On Saturday November 15th, the South-West Tour Series will be heading to the incredible McDermont Field House Center in Lindsay CA. for race # 10 of the SWT Season.

All (3) Points classes have very close battles going on, and it's going to come down to this final race to decide this years Champions.

This will be the SWT's final carpet race of 2008, so if you haven't got to Lindsay yet to run on the rug...don't miss it.

The track layout is 100' x 48', medium to medium-high traction.

Compound is GROUND EFFECTS by Paragon.

17.5/LIPO (Novak Motors/Orion 3200 batteries)
NASTRUCK (Novak 17.5 Motors/3200 batteries) note: Trucks may also run 19t 4 cell, and / or 10.5 4 cell with upto 4600 mAh NiMh batteries (Still only NOVAK B/L motors)

We should have a good mix of KSG Gen 3's, Strykers, a few Mavericks and HyperDrive cars...and what ever NEW is being tested by the SILVA guys...plus I know there are going to be a couple Leading Edge cars there...

I don't know of any

IRS Cars, Custom Works Cars and I know there are a few other chassis's out there that I don't know of being run out here....

I confirmed we WILL have the track in the DOWNSTAIRS building (main building) on the SOUTH END, where we were in JULY.

I'll be at the track on FRIDAY NIGHT sometime assisting with some of the setup and getting my equipment laid out early to save some time Saturday morning.


The building should be opening between 7 and 7:30

TARGET Race Start time 10:30 - 11:00

HEATS will be setup by "Ranking Score" and the first two rounds of qualifying will be run off this setup. ROUND 3 will be a resort with the fast heats to run last.

TOP 7 cars qualify, plus ONE bump from each lower main.

ALL efforts will be made to keep the program moving so those headed back to Bakersfield for the DIRT OVAL NATS can get there fairly early.

We do have TROPHIES and PRIZES to award at the end of the event.

I'll be heading over to LINDSAY this evening...hopefully the track crew will have the RUG rolled out before MIDNIGHT this time around...
