I've seen this exact same combo listed on eBay and described exactly that way. It is not a Fantom lathe. It is a Cobra lathe with Fantom stickers on it. The Fantom lathe never came with a power base. The Cobra did.

i was going by what i was told when I got it. I didnt think Cobra made a blue lathe but might have but the power base is different then the cobra..If someone knows what it is let me know

Going by the pic it is a Cobra lathe, not a Fantom. Nice stickers though.
