Hi folks --

A little late, but better than never! TSDS now has another brand new set of decals -- READY TO SHIP! These water-slide decals are for the Moebius Models "Chariot". It is NOT a large decal set, but rather a detail kit -- mostly just done for the wheels and the dashboard. Lou has some fantastic vinyl that you can get as a paint guide for painting the 'window frames', and I did not think anyone really wanted decal 'window frames' as they would be very small and hard to apply -- I think you're better off using his vinyl and painting!

Oh -- and I'm trying to keep the price reasonable!

I did include an optional "Infra Red Scanner" display screen that sits behind the main scanner in the chariot, and it requires some very simple 'scratch-building' but it _is_ worth doing. A template is included for doing this in the instruction sheet.

There are nice decals for the radiator grill -- for those of you that don't want to spend a lot of cash on PE material.

And a bonus: A very TINY decal for the faceplate of that little robot!

Anyway, there's a sample pic below, and you can get them from my website http://www.tsdsinc.com . I just shipped an order to culttvman.com, and you can purchase them from him as well at www.culttvmanshop.com (http://www.culttvmanshop.com) . He has more stuff to sell you than I do, so you'll save a bit on shipping if you purchase from him!

Please leave feedback, email or PM me and let me know if you like them or if I left anything out! :)

Thank you, Bert! It is the model kits that are the inspiration, though!

Henry, The quality you put into your products inspire us modelers to go beyond the ordinary and make our kits as realistic as can be done. Your decals sure help when painting/ detailing becomes physically difficult & gives those of us with the difficulties an even chance to create a masterpiece !

Or to put it my own words: Those of us whose eyesite isn't as quite as sharp and nerves aren't as steady as they used to be!
Thank you, Henry! These are invaluable! :)

That's amazing! The reason I started doing this in the first place was because I had cataracts in my eyes, and could not see well enough to paint! So I "painted" in the computer (at about 50x the size!) onto decal paper instead. You can guess the rest. And I like doing it, too. And with all these models Moebius is putting out -- what an inspiration the kits are!

So I continue to do this, even with the new "eyes" I have these days. :)

They should have gone in the mail this evening -- you'll see them in about a week because I'm on the east coast! Let me know what you think of them, ok?

Thanks,

Hi Bert --

The eyes are great these days! I have to wear glasses to see up close (they ask you in advance: Do you want to see well far away or up close?) but my distance vision is quite good. A little fuzzy at night, and I have a prescription to get some glasses to wear while driving at night, but have not got around to getting it filled yet. For the up close stuff, a weak pair of off-the-shelf reading glasses from the dollar store is all I need. I don't have great focal length, so I have to use a magnifier more than I used to, but it sure is better (a LOT better!) than not being able to see at all.
