IRS is coming out with a foam strip with adhesive on one side to attach to the bottom of your lipo packs to act as a cushion and help keep them from sliding around. The strip is 1" wide, 5" long, & 1/8" thick. The P/N is IRS4081 and will retail for $1.50.

Question: Could you make it the same width as the battery so it cover the whole bottom and the battery doen't rock or bet at an angle?

..and could you put a HEATING element in it...so I can keep the battery nice and TOASTY warm...during the race?

Sorry, you'll have to buy 2 to do that. I don't think you have to cover the whole bottom because you will compress it with a hold down or tape.
