Isn't there a huge annual HotWheels Redline Convention going on in Vegas around the same time??
Is the $10 for postage to return any entered Customs or do they pay $10 and don't get their Custom back??

The redline convention tickets will be accepted at the convention to get in on the in room trading floors, good deal there!

If you want your custom back, they can certainly send it back to you
