I placed an order with them off of the internet 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I emailed them to get tracking info and no response. I called them and all I get is a recording. Any info?? Are they even Reputable?

I can't explain your present dilemma. But over many years , I have gotten to know Fred Blood via many telephone calls and have ALWAYS found him to be an excellent dealer! All I can say is keep trying to call him during office hours and you shold be able to make contact! Then as a last resort there is always US Mail Receipt Requested Service!

I believe they were moving... if I remember correctly. That may be the problem, as we all know things can get away from us during that time, especially a business move...

Yes, they are. Very.

Dipstick's right. Fred's in the middle of moving right now. He recently had a huge inventory sale to lighten the load. Things must be pretty hectic for him now and perhaps your order got buried in the shuffle or something. Fred's very reliable, and a decent person. I've dealt with him a lot. You could try sending him a PM through this board or Joe's, but I haven't seen him post for awhile.

Good Morning Everyone,

Boy the last 2 ½ weeks have been CRAZY, Lots of new items and our big move
have put us behind just a bit.

I would like to apologize to all of you that have tried to email or call
us and have not received an answer yet. As I should have known even the
best laid plans for a move go wild sometimes. The New Place is FANTASTIC
and I know it is going to make everything faster, easier and more fun for
all of us. Getting to that point was a big challenge.

But after 2 weeks the Cables are in, the Phones are in and the systems are
in beta testing right now. The only thing left in the old place is the day
to day inventory and the shipping systems, which will be moved over the
weekend.

The phone systems are due to be changed over Monday or Tuesday Morning and
we are working hard to get the new building organized (Not easy when you
move a 5,000 square foot warehouse in stages).

We will be 100% up and running at the new place on Tuesday morning and by
Thursday will have our feet up and ready to spend as much time on the
phone with all of you that anyone needs.

There are some new products that have been announced, HAVE NO FEAR as
always we will have them. I may not be able to get them on our website
until late next week but we will have them so just hang in their a bit, IT
WILL BE WORTH THE WAIT.

THANK YOU ALL FOR HANGING IN THEIR WITH US DURING WHAT WILL BE OUR LAST
MOVE EVER so we are getting everything right.

Due to the move we will not be able to answer the phones, return messages,
or emails until Tuesday Morning. Our website will process orders as usual
and shipping will go thru Friday at the old building and then resume on
Tuesday in the new building.

Please just hang in their a few more days and I promise you will love the
results.

I will send out an email on Monday night with the new mailing address and
Phone numbers (don’t worry the old number will work for a year at least).

Patience is a virtue, they say! Fred should be starting to respond to outstanding orders next Tues. But I am sure he will be backlogged for a while! I recommend you wait another week before pulling the panic button!
