Best place to start, I agree. Mitch keeps good stuff, no junk. He has everything else you will need too. Plus, he is at all of the RC-Oval races so he's easy to find LOL.

Hey John, better not let Mitch know that you and Mclin have been talking or anything, If Mitch finds out you're in association with Mclin- He is likely to charge you double. Heck, i would anyway. Can't be associating with them Smurfs, Gives ya a bad case of heartburn. BUUUURRRRPPPP.
Later-Benjie Wright

John, you can't pay a lot of attention to Benjie. He gets pretty irritable when we don't let him win.

What GASCAR is, One of the fastest forms of racing going.
1/10 scale pan cars, oval racing, powered by either .09 or
.12 Nitro burning engines. Go Very fast and turn left.
These guys can hook you up.

Also check out www.rc-oval.com. They sponsor the .09 Nitro Series and will be running some races in conjunction with GASCAR next year. That series is also a lot of fun and may be an easier transition into nitro since the cars have a little less power and weigh less. Mclin also has some good articles about nitro racing on his site. If you're thinking about getting into nitro you should because its a lot fun with a great group of guys.

WOW, it's a shame you are so far from us 'cause I bet you and I would hit it right off. I love building the stuff that I race. "Anyone" can buy a kit and put it together LOL.

All of our RC-Oval Nitro series is in the South East (North and South Carolina). Last year the first race was actually in Daytona International Speedway. We pitted in the NASCAR garage and raced on a tempory track in front of that. I'm not sure if the economy will let us do that this year though.

I will be posting our 2009 schedule in the not so distant future and hopefully you can make it to some of them.
