Well it’s yet another race season about to start for our indoor carpet track. We had one of the countries best Asphalt seasons for ¼ scales this year, hosting a national event and two of our own races that drew racers from across the country..

This year it’s going to be hard to say what is going to happen. Between the manufactures and the racers themselves, they have divided up among smaller groups witch is never a good thing. We will go back to the basics and weather out the confusion.

Racing is supposed to be fun, and enjoyable. In today’s economic times people do not have the disposable income they had a few years back. Lets face it; our racing budget isn’t what it use to be.

This year we will be racing some basic classes, leaving the door open for anyone who wishes to race as long as they have 3 or more for that particular class.

We will offer Spec Truck once again this year. It has been a great class since I started it a few years back. You show up, sign up, and you get a Trinity Street Spec motor handed to you for that day of racing. You can use either the Trinity sealed Street Spec battery or the Wind Tunnel packs

We will run the 21.5 brushless with the 2-S pack and see how that goes. I still believe we will have a nice turn out of 4 – Cell stock guys.

What we have always had success with is the BRP guys and gals. Here we have a group of racers out just for enjoying themselves. They come, laugh, race and have a great time. The cars are great, just about indestructible, and very enjoyable to run.

Now we add that great bunch of guys to the growing number of Losi Late-Models and sliders racers we have grown over this summer on our dirt oval and there will be our majority of racers for this year. This past Saturday under the lights I watched as they laughed and had a great time and the best part of it all is when you brake something its normally less than a buck to fix.

No more spending the thousands of dollars to “ Have a good time” You will have a better time with far less money. The BRP cars and the Losi 1/18th scale vehicles I think is what is going to get more new people into racing this year to help racing along in the years to come. We need to step back to the basics and bring fun back into racing.

They will be releasing the dessert truck soon. We still have all of our carpeted tabletops and jumps for them. That will bring some off roading to indoor carpet.

We will start this Sunday Oct 5th starting at noon. Until the weather chases us out we will run on both tracks you can run your late-model or slider on the dirt of on the carpet your choice

No I do not I dont sell them. Had a really bad experience when they came out. People were buying them going out to the pit tables charging them and they never made one lap they would fall apart. They were total junk when they were introduced. I have no idea on how they are now.

3 or more makes a class. Anyone is welcome to bring their cars and come enjoy the fun.

I have one I like to run. (18t) I bought a late model body for it. Its not painted yet & I need a body mount kit, but I could see a full body class running this indoor season.

I have always got my 21.5 with me. I know Danny had his last week. I don't know if Bob is running it. I was thinking of running with the stock guys if they let me. Might have to bump the throttle down a little. What happened to your BRP car. There are a lot of BRP guys here. Going to be a good spec truck group too. I will run 21.5 if you show.
