The Japanese Electric touring car Nationals were held this weekend, once more at the Yatabe Arena indoor tarmac track. Qualifying for the expert class saw the pole position go to Yokomo racer Masami Hirosaka, ahead of current 2wd World Champion Hayato Matsuzaki in 2nd and recently crowned 1/8th buggy World Champion Atsushi Hara in 3rd.
