Just wanted to say hello to everyone out here.

Me and my son have decided to build a new AFX layout based on one at Ho Slot Car Raceing.

Between that site and this one I have gained a wealth of information to start my progress with.

I will try to post pics once I get started and keep them rolling as work goes on. But for now I am still in the planning process.

I did just order 2 sets and hopefully I will be starting on the benchwork within the next week or so.

As always my brain is 3 steps ahead of where I am actually at. I had a N scale model RR for years so I am already looking forward to the landscapeing and layout progress.

Ok enough rambling.

Some 18" radius curves are nice to have, so you can make some high speed turns.

They're not real expensive now since Tomy / AFX started making them.
