Since I have never dealt with you personally, I cannot say anything. But, in your feedback, it shows that Pliskin left you a negative because he sent you something and never got paid for it. He has zero feedback here, but I know him on Joe's Diecast Shack and has plenty of references there. This thread explains much more in detail from members on this board:

Why, because I like him. Is he a collector? Is he a dealer? Is he an insider? Is his energy level stuck on 27 (on a scale of 1 to 10)? ......YES, in a way it all fits, but bottom line, I like him! An he is trying to set things right. So again I offer my help anyway I can. He has some great cars and needs to pay for his recent trip, so jump on in there and grab something. All I know is the trade that I had with him-my green machine for has super hunt was a big lost to me..he got my car and never sent his!!!...he lied and said that he shipped it-(with no DC# twice), give me a break!!!..if you think that somebody is running a scam-(as he claimed I was doing, would you ship a 2nd one with no DC#)..no you would not!!!!.this guy is a joke...he change, ya right!!!...I said it before and I'm warning you guy's again "BE CAREFUL" dealing with this guy!!!
