Short story: a brand new heatsink and fan (novak), for any aluminum cover for a GTB(4 cell, homemade), or $20.00 (covers cost of shipping my stuff to him {took 2 days to arrive}, and a new cover+shipping), or send my fan and heat sink back. It's been almost 5 weeks and nothing but empty promises and excuses. I'm so glad it wasn't anything of considerable value.

The Long version is coming along with his feedback as soon as I compile many, many emails and PM's into one document. It will be available to any potential buyers, traders, or sellers.

No, not that I'm aware of. I just wanted to motivate him, and inform other traders of my experience with him. Not sure why he's banned. I don't think it has anything to do with our deal.

That's what happens when someone upholds their end of the deal. 69mkitmine did his part. Taylor just didn't do his.

He posted feedback the first time that I questioned the shipment of my stuff.
I didn't make any public posts until he wouldn't respond to PM's or emails, this was at or about the 2 week mark. It took 2 days for him to receive my stuff.

I still haven't given up on him. Guess my glass is half full.

I have noticed that about him, if someone seys anything to make him sound bad or make him sound wrong he likes to attack them with his potty mouth. I guess we will see if he comes back.

I kind of thought it mightbe since he seemed to know what was going on and is a newb. And now he is banned again.

He is even a pro body painter. If you look at his posts on the other account he has allready made his self look bad. One post states he has been r/c for 3 years and has been a pro painter for 2 years and a different post states he has been in r/c for 4 years and a pro painter for 3 years. At least the mods cought him before he did something to a different person. Sounds like he might hang with the barth's to much and is picking up on there scams. Whats next? The barth's stole my log in and did this not me.

Seems as if they add "stupid" to the drinking water supply down there in Warsaw Indiana. The Barth's, Taylor, Bubba the Love Sponge... Seems to be widespread.

I had a Deal with him, but I was the seller. Kind of hard to get boned on that end, so the deal went fine. I had seen other deals here with him that didn't go 100% as planned though.

I've learned something too. Age matters, and if someone has had legitimate issues during a transaction I'm not fooling with them. What really sucks is that I can't take a chance with a newbie, and it hurts any and everyone that so much as paruses the swap and sell areas.

Guys be careful giving out to much information on here. The way laws work, you cannot prove anyone on the other end is actually the real person you are accusing. I know this because I just went through it on text messaging. This person's actual phone number and name were used but the law would not procecute do not being able to prove the text was sent by that person. It didn't matter if it come from their phone. This person was also a minor. I guess what I'm saying is becareful saying too much on here. Though doing folks wrong, he has more rights than anyone accusing him. Crazy aint it?

Sorry that that happened Tim. You have a valid point, but we're not going to cross the line. I would like to know if he ever intended to send the stuff though, or if Dr voo doo would have ever gotten his stuff had he not threatened to call the police on him.
