I use a gallon can of carb/parts cleaner, this comes with a basket for the parts to soak in. Sea Foam gas treatment also works great, pour some in a tin can and soak. Dean John Lolli 09-15-2008, 08:18 AM Here us how I do it. Grab a handful of 1/4-3/8 sized stones. Put them in the tank and fill the tank approximately 1/2 with hot soapy water. Hold your hand over the opening and shake the can. The tumbling of the stones coupled with the soapy water will clean the tank and remove the rust. I usually repeat the process a couple times. ggb715 09-15-2008, 09:51 AM Thanks guys for the great information. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
