So please, all you tire kickers out there, I need something explained to me. Why is it when people post stuff for sale, you ask a a bunch of questions, get pics or whatever else it is you need, then ask for payment info, then never pay?

I have had one person do this to me 3 times on 3 different listings, obviously this time I knew going in it wasn't going to happen, but I still have to wonder... what is the point?
