I just want to put out a feeler to see what limits are put on lipos on oval in gearbox classes, trucks, edm, touring, etc. A track that is close to me is implementing a 3200 limit to ALL gearbox carpet oval classes, I see alot of bigger races on carpet, dirt, are using a 5000 limit.Is the 3200 rule because of some guys that already own 3200 from pan car classes don't want to buy 5000's and have influence on rules to keep 3200's?:confused:

Keeping the limit at 3200 will more or less keep things equal. Higher mAh batteries will generally have better performance so having a limit will help eliminate the "battery of the month" club.
