As dictators go, Kim Jong-il is funnier.

Yeah, I'm not even sure who that dictator is--Hugo Chavez? I know them more by name than by sight.

A dead dictator like Hitler would be good.

The Super Adventure Team had Abe Lincoln turned into a giant zombie which was pretty darned funny.:p

Funny thing too since Chavez is really short! He's more of a petty dictator, or a pocket dictator.

Is that a dictator in your pocket, or...

Attack of the 100 ft dictator? I thought I was going to see a photo of John McCain.

Let's keep this off of mainstream politics, please.

As dictators go, Kim Jong-il is funnier.

If he wants to be taken seriously, he should eat moose meat. For some strange reason when you eat moose meat, people seem to give you instant respect, no matter how outrageous your words or actions.

Like, for example, that Maurice guy on Northern Exposure.

I remember once when Ann-Margret was on the [I]Tonight Show with Johnny Carson (yes, I'm that old). After doing one of her amazingly energetic dance routines, she attributed her stamina to her favorite dish, Swedish moose meatballs.

Don't know if they'd help Kim Jong-il, though . . . I hear he's not looking so good these days.

(Shoot, I'll just find ANY excuse to post pix of gorgeous babes.)

Amazing. I set out to create the worst thread I could and it STILL managed to devolve to near modspanked levels.

LOL! No worries on my part. I realize it's borderline, but thought it was pretty darned funny. What I think is the funniest, tho, is how silly and just how far off-topic the threads can oft-times go around here. :D

Swedish Moose Meatballs......

Bork! Bork! Bork!

This thread was serious and had a topic??? How do you go astray when you were wandering around in a daze to begin with?

...story of my life, really.

I thought G'Kar's favorite was Spoo.

I thought G'Kar's favorite was Spoo.

WRONG!

Spoo is a Centauri dish and as such was Londo's favorite.

Sheesh!

Roguepink

Oh, right. It was when G'Kar was eating FRESH spoo that Londo explained the great insult to the Centauri Empire that was being committed.

G'Kar, of course, already knew this.

Just what in the wide, wide world of sports do characters from Babylon 5 have to do with radio telescopes, dictators, moose meat, or Ann-Margret?

About as much as Hugo Chavez has to do with anything approaching sanity.
