No, I would say they are more like an O ring from an air conditioner. I am not real sure what WRP uses on their wheelie wheel sets. A set of 1/25 wheelie wheels on a HO car would be like putting 22in rims on it hehe.

I don't really have the right numbers for the Hornet. Because it has the Winston decal on the 1/4 it should say either Pro 4 for 1976 or pro 7 for 1977. I wish I could have found some Kendall GT-1 Racing Oil decals for it. All the Booth-Arons cars had that on the front fender. I couldn't find that in white on any decal sheet I had. The Gremlin isn't really a model of anything and I do have some decals I can put in the side glass.
