Went to my local TRU after reading about the TRU Only Black Bandit Corvette Editions. Thought maybe I'd score a set for myself, and possibly one for a buddy of mine. Not only did I get us each a set, but I also scored this beauty. My first # 01. That's why I am in shock.

I mean come on, your're a Vette collector...you have a "holy grail' piece there. You get rid of it...sure you maybe able to replace it if you later regret that decision...but you'll never ever get a #1 of that casting again.

Keep it. I have a #1 as well and even though it is something I don't really collect it was bought off the pegs so it will stay with me for a long time.

I'd be happy just finding the regular BBs around here, much less a Green Machine.

Think about how many number 1's surface. Very rarely do you see or hear of it. I see numbered regulars and never see a #1. All the brand X RLC cars - never had a #1. The odds are just against it. Don't buy a lttery toicket - youve used up all the luck! You better keep that one dude!
